Replacement surface inadequate

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4582792.

In recent months, the walkway has been refreshed with yellow bricks. However, following a recent repair, the bricks were not replaced and black tarmac was used instead which looks awful. Please can the bricks be replaced.
