Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4586624.

Green recycling bins not claimed as anyone's, been out there for weeks, causing pavement to be permanently obstructive to people walking on the pavement especially with pushchairs and disability. They blow into the road, looks an eye sore and making the area look a mess, the bins are dirty attracting vermin and horrible odour. As said not nobody has used or claimed them to be there's.
