Dangerous harness on swing.

Reported via mobile in the Park safety issue category by Dean Lias at 12:57, Wednesday 24 May 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4590925.

My 6 year old son had his finger crushed, between the yellow harness and the main body of the swing. Basically, the yellow piece does not swing back far enough when pushed up. It easily swings down under it's own weight. I saw a number of children hit on the head or body as they got out of the swing. It may be plastic, but it comes down with quite a speed. It is made with this fault built into it. The yellow piece needs to sit back further when at it's higher park, after being picked up.
