Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4598606.

Previously reported under case 4545888. You advised that the problem had been sorted. The original full bag has not been collected. All that happened is a new empty second bag was provided. The original full bag of dog waste needs to still be collected. This is a hazard to public health. Please arrange for the original bag to be removed. Thank you.
