I reported this problem some weeks ago. I understand you have written to the residents at 5 Walcot Buildings, however there is further rubbish being dumped outside. The residents have clearly ignored your letter. The fly tipping originates from the residents of 5 Walcot Buildings (past or present) as their address is displayed on many of the bags and contents . The problem is getting worse, please can you remove the rubbish as soon as possible as it has now been left for 5 weeks or more. Thank you
