Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4600355.

Between The New Bridge, A4, and where the Bristol and Bath Railway Path Bridge crosses the river, along the River Avon Towpath, there are numerous black bin bags that have been left together and are now ripped open. Also, under the railway bridge there is bbq rubbish and empty bottles and cans in the crop at corner of the adjacent field.
