Suspected giant hogweed plant

Reported via mobile in the Park safety issue category anonymously at 21:28, Sunday 28 May 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4605751.

Just after exiting the first smaller tunnel (Devonshire) on the bike path there is an area beside a sign on the right hand side (see area indicated on map). If you go up the bank and along the footpath it leads you to a small stream crossing. A few metres before the stream crossing on the left hand side is a giant hogweed plant that is about to flower. It is right beside the path and so a real danger to those walking there. I believe it should be removed to reduce the danger to those walking in the area.
