Traffic signal completely obscured from view

There are a set of pedestrian traffic lights directly by the Mint rooms …the left hand traffic light is almost completely obscured by overhanging tree branches …there are two lanes of traffic the left hand one leading to the left hand fork to Brougham Hayes the right hand lane leading towards Windsor Bridge. This needs urgent attention to make the traffic signal visible .the left hand lane traffic signal was blocked from view by a large lorry making the whole crossing lights completely invisible ….it nearly led to a Barry serious accident involving pedestrians crossing
