I have video footage of an unknown delivery driver in a white Ford transit flytipping rubbish into bushes. The camera footage doesn’t show him directly dumping rubbish but moments before you can see there was no rubbish then he spends abit of time behind his van. Once he leaves the video shows the rubbish remains. I have contacted the company I purchased the item from to get the courier details The registration looked like Fj09lgd but dvla is showing the vehicle as something else with no tax/mot.
