At both the front and the back of the building vegetation is spilling over onto the public highway. At the back of the house the vegetation hangs down scraping the top of vehicles as they pass. At the front of the house the vegetation hangs across the pavement forcing pedestrians to walk in the road. This is an ongoing problem year after year as only the bare minimum is cut if anything is cut back at all.
