Acacia Road, Accessed via pathway between 3 Waterford Park and 5 Waterford Park
Reported via mobile in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 20:56, Thu 1 June 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4621187.
The tree roots have pushed under the boundary wall of number 5 to the rear of their garden. Causing the wall to crack in numerous locations. This has come to my attention and discussed with neighbour at number 5. He is adamant that it is outside of his boundary. My concern is that this seems to me to be dangerous and a hazard with the risk of falling on pedestrians walking the public foot path. The tree is far too big for an estate area and has not been cut back by the council for a number of years.

As you can see the tree is causing this wall to separate. My neighbour has put foam in between but the large trunk is leaning over even more and now appears to be going under the neighbours wall causing a potential threat to the wall falling or children becoming hurt by an incident. I am extremely concerned that I reported this 12 weeks or more ago and nobody has taken heed of any warnings from me.
