Excessive rubbish left in Beauford Square

Reported via desktop in the Excessive or dangerous littering category by Bath and North East Somerset Council at 15:04, Friday 2 June 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4624099.

The problem is getting worse. Rubbish is constantly left in black bags and so attacked by seagulls resulting daily in a filthy mess on the access route to the theatre royal. Today 3 more bags have appeared during the afternoon and there 's at least one sanitary towel on the road. It's disgusting . I live opposite but have never seen anyone leaving it. The street cleaner refuses to clear it up.....I don't blame him....so it's left all day. Older people often leave the theatre by tis route . I'm sure you are aware of the problem. I think it's made worse by having the Biffa bins there. The site is being used as a rubbish dump. Tourists are brought to the street several times a day. Please please try to find a solution.
