Missing signs- B3115/A39 junction

Reported via Android in the Road sign damage category anonymously at 18:34, Fri 2 June 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4625032.

There is only a very faded and unreadable fingerpost telling drivers which directions to take here.

Please can signs be placed on the approach to this junction, from all directions, and at the junction itself advising drivers of the road numbers and routes.
