Possible Dangerous or Toxic Substance

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4626285.

I reported a week ago that a red drum had been left on the grass verge opposite 28 Edward Street BA1 3BR. BANES closed the case without investigating. The drum pssible contains a TOXIC or DANGEROUS liquid and needs to be removed immediately. The response from BANES to my previous report was that it would be dealt with at the next schedules visit. We dont get regular scheduled visits and I will persoanlly hold BANES responsible if any harm comes from this maladministration..
