Persistent offending van in car park

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4641372.

This van has been left in Safestore car park with no tax or MOT.

No movement for 4 weeks. Owner has been unresponsive despite us attempting to contact them as well as DPD. Requires action to resolve / remove.

The owner is clearly just moving it around the local area as and when they are moved on as there are previous reported cases in the area.
