Gate locked on entrance to park

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 42 minutes later. Council ref: 4641856.

Hi, there’s a fantastic new gate at the entrance to the park from Abbey Park road. However I came to use it on Friday to find it padlocked shut. As a buggy user it’s quite difficult to navigate the uneven pavement and then the gravel path so being able to access the park from the gate was such easier. Do you think the padlock could be removed please?
