Tarmac worn away on roundabout at the bottom of Bathwick Hill

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4642104.

Resident has called to report that the roundabout by St Mary's Church has tarmac worn away by the manhole cover, making a lot of noise and could damage vehicles. Please could this be looked into?
