Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 19 hours, 13 minutes later. Council ref: 4644460.

There is no category for this ... but, there is a speed warning sign which should flash 30 if vehicles are going too fast ... it is not working. It has been faulty for several months. It has been reported previously.
