Weeds over grown

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4653159.

I am unable to get my daughters pram down the lane to take my son to school because of the over grown weeds and brambles. The brambles caught my daughters face last week and its just getting worse. I have knock on the door and asked the occupier to cut it but been ignored
