Vehicles parked on the corner of a junction

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category by Peter Mocock at 15:32, Sun 11 June 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4657485.

At the junction of Berkeley Avenue to Clevedon road there is double yellow lines but fall short of where they should be but are continued with a white line which is advisory. People who do not live on Berkeley road so do not need to exit from it and continuously park their vehicles on the white line and even on the double yellow. This make it extremely dangerous for the resident or users of Berkeley avenue to enter and exit the due to the zero visibility of cars entering or exiting and with the vehicles parked on the corner there is nowhere safe to avoid the oncoming traffic. The yellow lines need to be extended 50 feet on both sides.
