Footpath kissing gate on the fence line between the Church and Farrington's Farm Shop

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4684147.

One of the kissing gate hinges has broken and the gate is hanging off, causing an obstruction. I have just noticed it today.
