Weeds overgrowing from Private Property

This property (36 Faulkland Road) has weeds overgrowing in the front garden overhanging onto the pavement. This has been gradually getting worse over the past 4 months, and there has been no trimming back or maintaining this growth during this time. Much of this is thistles ans spiky plants which are abrasive to people trying to walk along the pavement, especially little children. It’s an obstruction to pushairs and wheelchairs.
