Brambles and stinging nettles overgrown and making the path difficult to pass through

The path is so tight that if there's anyone coming in the opposite direction you have to go into bramble bushes, which isn't very nice. Please can you tidy this area and remove the brambles?

There's also some very rough benches which have been dug out near the toddler park and the wood is exposed and causes splinters etc. Would it be possible to tidy these up or replace?
