Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4735842.

The cherry tree that is positioned at the side of our hedge, 67 Charlton Park, Midsomer Norton, BA3 4BW, is dead. Branches have fallen from the tree actually hitting me as I sat in my garden enjoying the sun. I would like someone to investigate as I believe it is dead.
