Overhanging trees and grass too long!

The trees in the photos really need some sort of surgery now. The one out the back is overhanging the garden and when it drops in the autumn we have leaves everywhere. We have expensive astroturfing and it’s constantly full of seeds. The huge tree by the side of the house is just way too big. Cars and driveway was covered with sap and sticky buds off it which is walked into the house and cars. I’m also concerned at where the roots might be spreading to as this thing is huge as you can see! Also the grass could do with cutting. Our cat is constantly coming in covered in bits and scratching due to insects on her!
