Disabled parking at entrance to alley leading to Naval Volunteer
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on road or pavement category anonymously at 11:31, Wed 5 July 2023
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4752060.
Between approx 9:55 and 10:10am today 5/7/23 an SUV type vehicle had illegally stopped in a disabled bay and was unloading fresh (Adsa)? goods into a side entrance to the Naval Volunteer. Road signs state the bays are for the disabled and wall signs prohibit loading and unloading. I think he had overstayed his access permission to the area. When I asked the driver if he is disabled he responded no. He passed comments to me and adopted an aggressive posture. I suspect his illegal parking will be frequently repeated as he needs to restock the pub. I managed to park. If your cameras scan the area you may pick up additional details.

I incorrectly named above the pub where stocks were being taken. It is called "The Volunteer Rifleman's Arms".
I include a photo if the wall signs restricting parking bay use and prohibiting unloading at the point where the SUV was stopped.
