Council tree overhanging driveway of 23 The Hollow and this is causing lots of difficulties - 23 The Hollow

This tree is overhanging into drive. The branches are quite low and causing difficulty for people on the pavement. The pavement is obstructed by the roots and could be a tripping hazard. It's causing the path to be uneven. There's also concern that the tree could end up falling in poor weather, and where would this leave the owners and neighbours/pedestrians?

There are people in the area needing wheelchair access, and this tree is causing difficulty with this. Other trees in the area were pollarded, this is a different species, but would it be possible to trim it back? This needs to be regularly maintained.

This tree has been reported several times, but no action seems to be taken. Please could you take a look and keep the customer in the loop.
