Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4801571.

Cycle lane marked by solid white line on hole route UPPER BRISTOL ROAD BATH however kerb stone behind loading bay not clearly marked when vehicles parked in bay, unlit area, caused accident.
