Overgrown Council trees obstructing the garden - 36 TANNERS WALK TWERTON BATH BA2 1RG

The obstructive branches are preventing the resident from using their garden e.g. putting out washing or playing in the garden. These are the trees from the road coming into the property. Please could you take a look and trim these trees back?
