Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4804724.

Resident sated it's poisonous to animals and humans and it should be removed asap.

Updates

It's not recommended to remove it these days. It's good for the pollinators. Especially the cinnabar moth which lays it eggs on it. The caterpillars then feed on the plant.
