Subsidence

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4820862.

This trees toots are causing subsidence to the xuro flats on the other side of the fence. The stair weeks are beginning to collapse and the trees roots are sprouting new trees trough the drains. I have spoken to curo and seen the shared map between the two of you, showing that this tree is on council land. I was told previously that by you that this was not the case but having seen the map I know this not to be true. YOUR tree is causing a massive safety issue not to mention thousands of pounds worth of damage to the surrounding property's, inculsing mine with has a gasine running under it. Please address this as a matter of urgency.
