Corner of Briary Gap house Gibbet Lane BS14 0BX

Reported via mobile in the Manhole & drain cover damage category anonymously at 11:45, Mon 31 July 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4842678.

Damage was reported on a previous report 4751739 and the wrong drain has been repaired. The drain is damaged and is a trip hazard and the cover ends up in the middle of the road daily when cars drive over. Also the gully doesn't flow away correctly and puddles, causing damp in the property next to it.

  • The drain is servely flooding when it rains and is almost encroaching the door. The puddled water is causing damp in the property and we are unable to carry out works until this is resolved.
