Tree on verge of Widcombe Rise overhanging number 1

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4850343.

Tree on the verge is very overgrown and hitting the phone lines, as well as the walls of the property. Has been trying to get this sorted for years. Please can someone come and have a look and advise the resident on next steps.
