Leaves and debris covering pavements between Kelston park and Kelston village

Leaves and debris have not been cleared from the oavements from Kelston Park into Kelston village for well over 12 months. The pavement in places is very narrow and with overhanging foliage from the fields causes a danger especially for school children walking from Oldfield school to the village. In addition the rubbish is never removed from the hedgerows on the non pavement side going into Bath. Filming is due to take place in this area in the next week and it would be preferable if Kelston could be viewed in a more idealic setting than it currently is.
