Drains are still damaged in road

As mentioned before the drains in the road have been filled in by other contractors. Today we have been informed that the rain pushed up all my poo drains. Water flooded over the curb and 3 inches high into my house front wall. Cones have been put out by other locals and we ran out of our front door to try and not get soaked by passing traffic. Please in form me of when this will be fixed properly and who I send an invoice too within Baines council Thanks
