Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4865682.

There are 2 drains opposite each other both blocked and flooding ,happens quite a lot my garage will get flooded, try to unblock but needs specialist to do

    As vehicles go pass its moving towards my drive, can't walk out my property without having to walk through it
