• Thank you for your report. We can confirm that light 5 and 6 have been affected by an underground cable fault. Our contractors will be attending to carry and any repairs.

• We can confirm that work here is scheduled to take place week commencing Aug 28th. We are sorry for the delay in this work taking place and trust the lights will be working as normal afterwards We can add further information here as needs be.

• Further to above we have been advised there is a delay in the attendance our repair team and they are now due to attend next week, the week of Oct 2nd.

• These streetlights are still not fixed. No contractor has been and we are now at the end of October with shorter days being dark earlier.

• We have been advised that our contractors intend to carry out repairs towards the end of this week.

• No contractor turned up in the week beginning 6th November as advised. This part of the Avenue is very dark now in the early evening. We have been waiting months for these lamps to be repaired.

• This part of the Avenue has been left in darkness for months. Have been constantly told that contractors would attend only for nothing to happen. The streetscape feels unsafe after dark. Please sort it. It is unacceptable to have to wait months.

• Our contractors confirm they will be on site tomorrow to try and establish the location of the fault.

  Once this is location they shall arrange for a team to attend and carry out the repairs.
