Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4898767.
Tactile paving is damaged/missing and uneven causing my blind wife to stumble.

‘We’ve recently performed a cleansing exercise in our system to close down all outstanding jobs that were completed some time ago. This closure is for reference only and you do not need to do anything’.
