Weeds on footpath between Seymour road and Thomas street

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4901257.

Weeds are very high in the footpath between Seymour road and Thomas street. In both those streets the weeds are so overgrown that you cannot walk on the left hand side of pavement as the weeds reduce the actual pavement space. On Seymour road there is also some water coming out not correctly from the spring and that is feeding and increasing the weeds (which look also quite alghy)
