There is water erroding the road at the bottom of our drive

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4904299.

Water has been rising by the road edge here since last year. Wessex Water claim that they have tested it and they believe it is natural spring water. It has erroded the road surface to the degree that a growing pothole has appeared and I'm concerned that the road surface may be dropping. Please note that Wessex Water has been carrying a lot of work in the area around our house over the last couple of years and this seemed to start not long after they were working in the road.
