Footpath getting narrower

Reported via mobile in the Pavement damage category anonymously at 13:31, Fri 25 August 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4925669.

The footpath alongside the canal lock at the end of Osborne Rd is getting narrower and narrower due to a large area breaking away into the water. The orange mess netting once put there is useless in fact is a trip hazard as sometimes it is lying across the path. Little by little more of the tarmac path is breaking away making the path even narrower. It is a very much used path so please repair it. At present a pushchair would find it difficult to get along. Thanks
