Safety issue & eyesore, overgrown area
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4946308.
Overgrown area, right hand side going down Harcourt Gardens. We are told this land is privately owned but that the owner cannot be traced & is not listed at the Land Registry. Saying this the council have installed a handrail on this “privately owned land” As has been reported several times this area of overgrown grass & weeds hasn’t been cut for years & is unsightly & a fire hazard. The grass is now growing out over the pavement & when cars are parked up on the pavement, as they often do, it is impossible to walk down on this side of the road thus rendering the handrail useless. It is dangerous & unsightly. Please could the council attend to it. Thank you
