Loose pavement slab outside Coffee #1 in James St West
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4972795.
Our group was returning to our bus after a visit to the theatre when one of our party tripped on a loose pavement slab outside Coffee #1 in James St West. She fell and cracked her head and as you can see from the attached photo was incapacitated for a while. An ambulance was called for and later she received stitches at A&E. She was kept overnight for observation. We have a mp4 video which shows how unstable the slab is and how it juts up from the others which caused the incident.
