Graffiti obscuring the welcome to Bath and North East Somerset sign

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4982726.

The main welcome sign marking the boundary of BANES has been obscured by fresh graffiti tags and is now an unreadable and potentially dangerous distraction just before the ring road enters the Hicks Gate roundabout
