Vegetation / branch overhanging road and verges high

A branch is overhanging the road. Farm owner not bothering to sort. Vegetation also generally high either side of this road which is on a corner on Rag Hill and weeds prevalent and vegetation overhanging narrow road through the main part of the village from that corner onwards through Shoscombe. Pedestrians, cyclises and horse riders and school buses and others have to use this road. The lack of upkeep of it is to me unacceptable. Hedges have not been trimmed on corners from Rag Hill through to Braysdown Lane. Visibility is extremely poor.
