Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4997301.

Rubbish now collects in long neglected weeds leading to untidy appearance encouraging more dog owners to leave mess resulting in pedestrians having to step on to road to avoid dog mess. Dangerous when walking uphill with back to traffic.
