Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4999021.

There are approximately 15 Tier e bikes parked in a long line on the pavement The pavement is narrow on a steep hill beside a busy road Traffic already has to slow to pass in single file due to parked cars Anyone with a pushchair will struggle to get past This is a new location for the bike rentals and totally unsuitable
