Bins emptied by seagulls

Reported via desktop in the Litter bin full category by Cllr Lesley Mansell at 10:03, Sunday 17 September 2023

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5001835.

There are 2 litter bins outside the Leisure Centre.

They are open and not covered.

The seagulls empty them easily when they are full which is usually first thing in the morning when they have had more rubbish put into them overnight.

They are usually emptied early but its often too late.

They need to have lids on them to stop the gulls having access to the rubbish.
