Street light is on 24/7. Also wondered if it was possible to fit a deflector as it shines in the windows our at night?

  • We have asked our contractors to attend to the light which is day burning and await their feedback. We shall check if front shields are available for this type of lantern and arrange for one to be fitted if needs be. we shall add further information here when known.

  • We understand that the lantern has been repaired and is no longer day burning.

    As regards fitting a back shield we confirm we intend to look into upgrading all three lanterns in this road and when that happens we will be able to fit a back shield to new lantern 002.

    This might take some time but we trust once the lantern has been changed and the shield fitted you will notice the difference.
