Fence panel down

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 5006467.

Fence panel has fallen blocking a private road. The fence panel is from private garden, The resident has recently passed away, and know one is living at 1 Bath road. Please could you arrange for a removal of the fence panel, many thanks
